TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This Ambassador search is open to all Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents who are at least 18 years of age (“Participants”), except employees (and their immediate families) of Fresh N Natural Foods Pte Ltd and Elvir Singapore Branch and the agencies associated with this Ambassador search.
2. The ambassador search qualifying period shall be from 3 June 2021 to 31 August 2021 (2359hours Singapore time) (“Ambassador Search Period”) (both dates inclusive). First round, Cheesecake, starts 3 June 2021 to 17 June 2021. Second round, Biscuits/Cookies, starts from 18 June to 2 July 2021. Third round, Cupcake, starts from 3 July to 17 July 2021. Fourth round, Ice cream/Popsical, starts from 18 July to 31 July 2021. The last round, Brand Ambassador Selection, starts from 1 Aug to 31 Aug 2021. Elvir Singapore Branch reserves the rights to amend the Ambassador Search Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Ambassador search Period will be disqualified.
3. To qualify, take part in either 1 of the 4 rounds for the Ambassador Search. Follow @elleetvire_sg on Instagram and our Facebook pages @elleetvireSG. Post a photo or video of your dish made with Elle & Vire for that theme. Make sure our products are shown! Tag us and #ElleandVireAmbassadorSG and don’t forget to set your profile or post to public.
4. Participating products include:

- Elle & Vire Butter Block Unsalted 200g
- Elle & Vire Butter Roll Salted 250g
- Elle & Vire Butter Roll Unsalted 250g
- Elle & Vire Cream Cheese 1kg
- Elle & Vire Cooking Cream 20cl

- Elle & Vire Cooking Cream 1L
- Elle & Vire Chocolate Cream Dessert 100g

5. Every entry entitles participants to one (1) chance in the draw.
6. In order to participate in the draw, the entry must be submitted online through social media post on Facebook and Instagram by tagging #ElleandVireAmbassadorSG to your post, photo or video with Elle & Vire products visible on the shot and following @elleetvire_sg on Instagram and our Facebook pages @elleetvireSG
7. Multiple entries are allowed. Each entry must be accompanied by a unique post to be counted as multiple entries. Each post must contain the product shot and must be dated during the Ambassador search Period (i.e. between 3 June 2021 to 17 June 2021). All valid entries must be received by the 31 August 2021, 2359hrs. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate or without proof of product will automatically be disqualified.
8. The winning entries will be determined solely by way of a draw which will be held by ELVIR Singapore Branch at its HQ Office in Singapore on 1 Sep 2021 (“Draw Date”)
9. There are a total of 5 prizes. Details of the prizes are as follows:
- 4 x KitchenAid Food Chopper worth $149 each (4 winners)
- 1x Ambassador for Elle & Vire Singapore (1 winner)
10. Winners of this Ambassador search (“Winners”) will be notified by ELVIR Singapore Branch within Five (5) working days of the Draw Date. Winners will be contacted by the social media profile used to enter this Ambassador search. Elvir Singapore Branch shall not be responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.
11. Prizes are strictly not transferrable or returnable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. Elvir Singapore Branch may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice.
12. Winners must produce any form of identification card for the purposes of verification to claim their prize.
13. Winners shall be informed of the details relating to the redemption of their prize in due course.
14. Prizes must be redeemed on or before 31 December 2021. Prizes not claimed by such date shall be automatically forfeited and shall be donated to a charitable organization of ELVIR Singapore Branch’s choice, subject to compliance with any applicable laws. The Winner whose prize has been so forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation and shall be deemed to have forfeited any and all claims to that prize.
15. ELVIR Singapore Branch is the organizer of this Ambassador search.
16. ELVIR Singapore Branch reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant who is deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Ambassador search, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
17 ELVIR Singapore Branch’s decisions in all matters related to the Ambassador search, prizes and prize winners shall be final. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained in relation thereto.
18. By taking part in this draw, each Participant agrees and consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by ELVIR Singapore Branch to its affiliates, service providers and partners, as provided in this entry form, for the following purpose in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”):
- To administer this Ambassador search, including contacting Participants and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with the Ambassador search for the administration of prizes
19. If Participants requires access to his/her personal data or any amendment or correction to be made, or wishes to withdraw consent to any specific use of his/her personal data, he/she should submit a request on email to srikala.asokan@savencia-fd.com.
20. By participating in this Ambassador search, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by ELVIR Singapore Branch without prior notice.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
