We double hand strain and hand fold our yoghurt through cheesecloth. This process removes whey, resulting in a thicker, more digestible product.
Our yoghurt, made with just fresh milk, live cultures, and a touch of sugar for sweet variations, contains no cream, gelatine, thickeners, additives, or preservatives.
Now, we supply yoghurt to 2,500 stores in 9 countries, produce over 5 million cups annually and are on track to have produced over 50 million cups of yoghurt by the end of 2023.
