Distefano Cheese is a family owned company in Southern California dedicated to making artisan, authentic, and fresh-Italian-cheeses.

Their boutique-style artisan cheese plant is dedicated to making burrata and other fresh Italian style cheeses. They produce the most authentic cheese available in the United States.

The cheesemaker Mimmo Bruno, raised in Puglia Italy, was the first artisan in the United States to recreate Burrata, a cream-filled fresh mozzarella. Today, he handcrafts the Italian delicacy at his family-owned plant, Di Stefano Cheese in Pomona, California.
